History Module: Change display order of Allergies, Medications, PMHx, others.

The current order for the history module items is very chaotic.  It does not follow any logical clinical or alphabetical order and is time consuming to navigate for patients and clinicians.  I suspect it follows SNOMED categories or other such taxonomy.

Please edit the module items to be able to be reordered so they can be logically grouped by practice staff for patient and clinician convenience alike.
