Insurance card uploading prior to checkin

Would like for patient insurance information to be uploaded when they fill out their SADIO intake with new patient registration forms rather than have to wait until the come to clinic and do their checkin in person. Ideally, all forms, insurance cards etc would be uploaded into the system at time of registering a new patient. Asking them to show insurance ID card at time they come for visit is just one more task that slows down front desk and could be automated to be done ahead of time. 

Would like either a form with entry fields where they upload insurance info during new patient registration, and/or way for them to upload a photo of their insurance card.
