Reconciliation tab

Is there a way to add a pop up in the reconciliation tab that asks “are you sure you want to delete patient history?” Yes or no. 
Also putting the cancel and select all  tabs on opposite sides of each other on the screen?

I think this needs to be fixed as this is pertinent information for the patients chart, and will be efficient in the long run, so patient information doesn’t get lost with such as easy click of the button and professionalism to be maintained so we don’t have to call patients and say sorry we lost all your history, or have to dig through patient files when our time is needed elsewhere.
