Copying Treatment Plans From Another Account Within The Office

If you already have a set of Treatment Plans of your own, and are only looking to copy a select Treatment Plan from another account, you are able to do so within the Physical Exam. 

To do this, enter the Physical Exam of the patient for which you would like to use their Treatment Plan. Select the blue plus sign to add a new Assessment and Plan as you normally would.

Once you are on the screen that shows a list of your Treatment Plans, tap on your name in the upper lefthand corner. Locate the account for which the plan you want to select is under and tap on their name.

You will now see the other user account names in the upper left-hand corner, and you will be able to see all Treatment Plans under their profile. 

To copy the plan to your account, swipe from right to left over the Treatment Plan and select the gray ‘Copy’ button. The plan details will appear on the screen and you will be able to change anything to fit your own needs. You will need to enter your own Spoken Phrase and Procedure Tag to the plan as this will not copy.

After you are finished altering the details, you will then need to go back to the upper lefthand corner and switch back to your own account by selecting your name from the list of accounts. Once this has been done, you will see the plan you have just copied within your list of Treatment Plans and will be able to apply this to the Physical Exam.

This plan will also now appear within your Profile Settings under Treatment Plans.
