Good Faith Estimate- Cost Estimator

1. Cost Estimator - Good Faith Estimate Templates 

On the Cost Estimator → Edit screen, a dropdown called Good Faith Estimate Type is added, with templates: Suspicious Skin Lesion, Rash, Acne, Wart, and Actinic Keratosis. For example, if we select Acne, everything from the table will be removed and appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes will be added.

2. Cost Estimator PDF - Display names of CPT and ICD-10 codes

In the cost estimator pdf, below the table explanation (names) of CPT and ICD-10 codes shown in the table are displayed.

3. Cost Estimator PDF - Changes for self-pay patients

On the cost estimator pdf, if the patient is self-pay, unnecessary fields, along with unnecessary columns are removed.
