EHR Update:
- Information Blocking Settings: Ability to set a delay of 24/48/72 hours for the release of lab results on the patient portal
- Bug fixes and performance improvements
How to Update Information Blocking Settings:
1. From the EHR go to Settings > Practice
2. Scroll to the bottom and click into the section titled "Information Blocking Exception"
3. Select how long you'd like the system to wait before uploading it to the patient portal. By default, all accounts are set to have No Delay so as soon as the result is available for the provider under Pending Review it is shared to the patient portal.
* Please note any user is able to make this update. They do not need to be an admin.
