How to Schedule a Follow up from the Check Out Tab:
- Check the follow-up tab to verify if the clinical staff added a f/u from the EHR.
- Click on the check box to the left of the diagnosis to schedule the follow-up. If more than one diagnosis you can select multiple to link to the same appointment or schedule individually.
- Link the follow-up complaint to an upcoming appointment or schedule a new appointment.
- If scheduling a new appointment, the system will hover the appointment in the upper right corner. You can filter to other dates if needed.
- Once you find an available slot drag and drop the appointment into the time slot.
