Reports & Data Analysis Enhancements
New Custom Report - Claims Report
PMS
The Custom Claims Report delivers a detailed CPT-level view of all claims within a selected date
range. This report provides a line-by-line breakdown of every claim, including individual CPT
codes, helping practices track claim volume, analyze charges, and identify trends with precision.
Users can configure up to 40 columns to tailor the report to their workflow.
How to Use:
● Access the report from Custom Reports.
● Apply available filters (multi-select where applicable) such as Date Range, Provider,
Insurance, Claim Status, and more.
● Select from an extensive list of available columns to customize the level of CPT detail
displayed.
● Export results to CSV for deeper analysis - each row represents a single CPT code,
including all selected details, regardless of claim status.
New Custom Report - Claim Volume by Payer Report
PMS
The Claims Volume by Payer Report provides a percentage-based breakdown of all claims sent
(whether printed & logged or electronically submitted), within a selected date range. Claims are
grouped by the primary payer based on the insurance selected on the claim.
This report helps practices quickly identify top payers, understand payer distribution, and improve
follow-up workflows and operational planning.
How to Use:
● Access the report from Custom Reports.
● Apply available filters (with multi-select options where supported) such as Date Range,
Payer, Provider, and Claim Status.
● Use the Group By filter to group results by Payer ID or Payer, with corresponding columns
displayed based on your selection.
● Adjust the Segmented By filter to generate a single consolidated report for the practice,
separate reports by provider, or both.
● Export to CSV for a structured view showing each payer’s share of total charges, including
key metrics such as Claim Count, Percentage, and Total Charges.
Expanded Report Filters and Columns for Better Insights
PMS
Multiple features have been enhanced with new filters, options, and columns to improve reporting
accuracy and operational efficiency.
How to Use:
Custom Appointments Report:
● Added Multi-Select Insurance filter for faster report generation across multiple payers
(available in both standard and custom versions).
● New Requested via Online Scheduling Module filter to track requested, approved, and
scheduled appointments for digital engagement insights.
● New Group By option (Provider, Clinic, or Default) to analyze appointment distribution and
resource performance.
● Added Billing Provider column for signed-off appointments.
Custom Patients Report - Added Responsible Person column to support billing follow-up and
responsible party management.
Coding Report PDF & Patient Receipt PDF - Both PDFs now automatically include Provider NPI
and Tax ID for accurate billing in PMS and EHR.
Billing – Claims Screen - Added Last Submission Date filter to improve prioritization and
management of aging claims.
Task & Workflow Management
To-Do’s Module – Enhanced Filters and Workflow Improvements

Multiple updates have been added to the To-Do’s module, improving filtering, customization and
team collaboration.
How to Use:
New To-Do Filters:
● CC’d To Me filter shows To-Do’s where the user is CC’d.
● Assigned + CC’d To Me filter shows To-Do’s where the user is either assigned or CC’d.
Custom Default Filters - Users can now select and save their own default filter, which is
automatically synced across PMS and EHR.
Enhanced Custom Filter - Custom Filters now include the ability to filter To-Do’s by users added in
CC.
Multi-User Assignment - To-Do’s can be assigned to multiple users at once, with all updates
tracked in the History section.
Editable To-Do Subjects - Users can edit the subject line of any incomplete To-Do.
Create Reminder from a To-Do - A new Create Reminder option allows users to quickly convert a
To-Do into a reminder.
Supported in PMS & EHR - All enhancements work seamlessly across both systems.
Compliance & Standardization Updates
Updated Patient Demographics – ONC/USCDI v3.1 Compliance
PMS & EHR
To meet ONC certification and USCDI v3.1 requirements, the EHR and PMS now include
enhanced, searchable demographic fields: Patient Occupation, Patient Occupation Industry, and
Disability Status. These additions support standardized data capture and enable more
personalized patient care.
How to Use:
● Access the new fields in Patient Chart within both the PMS and EHR to document patient
demographics.
● The fields are fully searchable, allowing easy retrieval and reporting across the system.
● The C-CDA document has been updated to comply with the new requirements, ensuring
proper data exchange and interoperability.

Advanced Schedule Filtering
Side Kick – Quick Access to Patient Information
PMS - In Beta
Side Kick is a new side panel in the New Scheduler that helps users access patient details and
manage appointments without interrupting their workflow.
How to Use:
● Click on the Recent patients tab and access recent patients for faster scheduling.
● Quickly search for and view patient information.
● Schedule appointments seamlessly while staying in the main scheduler view.
