As mentioned in the video above, you have the ability to enter in an appointment reminder note for all patients prior to their scheduled appointments. This can be entered via the clinic settings under the Email Appointment Note field.
For those patients that need to be rescheduled or cancelled, there is also an option to add an appointment email note within their appointment card. Once added in, and the status is changed to cancelled or rescheduled, you will see a pop up to select whether you want the patient to receive an email notifying them of the appointment change. If you select yes, then the patient will receive the email as well as the additional email appointment note that was added in.
