Changing a Treatment Plan on a Lesion

If during the Physical Exam documentation, you accidentally select the wrong treatment plan and place it on the body map, you will have the ability to change it without losing any of the information and photos that you may have already documented.

For example, you documented 3 biopsies ruling out BCC documented on a patient. If you wanted to change one of these plans to your Biopsy SCC treatment plan instead, you will be able to do this by first tapping the red plus sign icon next to the diagnosis at the top of the screen and selecting the option for Assessment and Plan. Now select the new treatment plan that you want to use, but do not apply it to the body map just yet. 

Once you are brought back to the Physical Exam screen, swipe to the diagnosis that has the incorrectly linked treatment plan tied to it, and you will see all associated locations. Tap the procedure tag of the location you wish to switch to your new treatment plan to bring up the selection wheel. Tap the Procedure Switch icon (paper with arrows) and select the "Yes" option on the subsequent pop up. 

You will then be prompted to associate the documentation of this procedure with one of the other problems/diagnoses in the Physical Exam. Choose the option you added earlier. When you swipe to focus on that new diagnosis, you will see the location has been tied to it and tap the location tag and the scalpel icon with the plus sign to apply your procedure.
