Changing/Editing Morphology

The Morphology from the body map can be changed or edited in a couple of different ways.  The first way is to tap on the procedure/location tag, and selecting the bubble icon from the selection menu. This will pull up the text linked with the treatment plan, where you can then modify the text as needed for a specific location. 

The second option is to select the bubble icon from the bottom menu.  Once you tap on the morphology icon, you will then you will select if you wish to modify a specific location, or the overall general text of the plan type selected. *Please note that this will only modify for that specific patient.  If you want to modify the overall morphology for all patients, then you will need to update the treatment plan which can only be done under the provider settings*
