The EZDERM 3D body map 2.0 is a significant improvement in comparison to the original body map. With its complexity, the body map might be graphically demanding for certain older devices. Users will have the option to select the graphics for the new 3D model. By default, the settings will set to Maximum for the best possible experience, however, if you are experiencing slowness and lag you can change and lower the resolution to Medium and Minimum.
EZDRERM is compatible with the following iPad devices:
- iPad Pro 12.9-inch (4th generation)
- iPad Pro 11-inch (2nd generation)
- iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd generation)

To change the settings, please get out of the EZDERM application and go into the iPad settings (gear icon).
In the iPad Settings, you can search in the search field (pull down the left side screen) or scroll to the bottom until you find the EZDERM application among the other applications on the iPad.
Once you locate the application, tap and open the application. On the right-side panel, at the bottom of the screen, you will have an option to change the settings of the 3D model. Notice, by default the settings are set to Maximum. You can experiment with what settings suits your device the best by going back into the body map within EZDERM, without having to sign out of the application.
The Maximum settings will be preselected as a default. The Settings will also be reset if you completely delete and reinstall the application.
The difference between the Maximum and Medium are subtle and hardly noticeable.
If you select Minimum 3D model settings, parts of the body that are in the background will not contain shadows. (see image below)
iPhone Settings
The same configurations apply to the iPhone. By default, the settings will apply to the Maximum 3D Model. If you have an iPhone that is on the lower end of the list and you feel the body map is slower to respond, please consider downgrading the map to Medium or Minimum within the settings.
