Drug-to-Drug Interactions is a safety feature within EZDERM that will alert users to potentially harmful interactions when certain medications are taken at the same time.
This alert can be seen within the Medications screen in the lower right-hand corner.
Selecting the alert at the bottom will take you to the Drug-to-Drug Interactions Screen where you will be able to see all medications that may interact with each other.
The alert will generate if one medication is listed in the Medication History and the other is prescribed, or if both medications that interact are prescribed. If a medication is listed in the History and both interacting medications are prescribed, the system will read multiple interactions.
Within the Drug-to-Drug Interactions Screen, you will be able to filter your interactions by the Interaction Level. Choosing "All" will select all the options on the list.
