Why Can't I Access the Physical Exam in the Cosmetic Module?

If a patient is scheduled to have an encounter via the Cosmetic Module, you must not document the Location of the problem within the History of Present Illness (HPI) section of your Progress Note as you would for non-cosmetic patients. If you do so, you will get the following error message when opening the Physical Exam: 

If you get this error message, you will need to place a new patient appointment on the schedule to be able to use the Cosmetic Module. 

Please note that you can document any other section in the HPI other than Location and you will still be able to use the Cosmetic Module.
