Attach a Consent to a Treatment Plan (Providers Only)

Attaching a consent to your treatment plan gives you the ability to have patients sign right in the room prior to performing a procedure.  This can be done via the EHR by selecting Settings<My Profile<Treatment Plans. 

Once you select the treatment plan you will tap on the red i to the far right of the plan you wish to open.  You will then scroll down until you see Consents.  From here you can select any of your procedure specific consents to link with your plan.

Once the consent has been linked, it will now be available for use anytime that treatment plan is selected on the body map.  Once you select the treatment plan and apply it to the body map, you will then tap on the treatment plan from the top menu and swipe over it from right to left to reveal the consent tab. You will then tap on the tab to pull up the consent to have your patients sign.
