Applying a Biopsy

To apply a biopsy, enter the body map and select your treatment plan by tapping on the red plus sign next to the text that states "No Active Treatment Plan."  Once selected, you will choose your biopsy treatment plan and then apply it to the body map. When the selection wheel pulls up, you will tap outside of it to close it out, and then you will see your procedure tag on the map. 

Please note:  if the lesion is pre-defined from the HPI, then you will apply the treatment plan to the anatomical location on the body map. You will then tap on the blade holder icon with a plus sign to apply the procedure.

 Once the biopsy is applied, you will generate a biopsy requisition that can be seen in your Inbox and your Forms under Requisitions. You can also preview the requisition from the bottom menu within the body map however; please note that you should not print from here, as you will need to link a lab for processing.
