Treatment Plans are a powerful tool within EZDERM. Choosing a treatment plan during the physical exam section of a patient's visit will pull in suggested CPT and ICD-10 codes, descriptions of the medical problem, consents for the patient to sign electronically, procedure details that can be edited (if applicable), and much more. As mentioned in the Initial Setup section, building out and customizing your treatment plans to your liking will save both you and your staff countless time down the line and allow for your medical documentation to look exactly how you want it to.
