Patient Portal: Sadio

As soon as a new patient is created in EZDERM (if an email address is added), the patient will receive an automatic email asking them to verify their email and create an account on our patient portal, Sadio. Preview of the email is below.

Once the patient clicks on the link it will bring them to Sadio and ask them to create a username and password. Once they are in Sadio they will be prompted to enter their medical history.
