Electronic Health Record V2.26:

1. Biopsy Log
• View, manage, and track all your pending and performed biopsies from the brand new Biopsy Log
• Easily accessible from between "Inbox" and "Lists" in the menu dock
2. EZ Check-Out module is now accessible from the ezBoard screen
• Added as a new tab in between "All Patients" and "Incomplete"
3. Exam Review improvements
• Ability to access biopsy results and pictures directly from the "Review" screen
• Ability to filter problems by status
• Photo comparison tool can be used to view progression of problem within the "Review" screen
4. Improvement of search engine for test orders
• When searching the LOINC database, you can now type the first few letters of key words instead of the whole string to pull desired order
5. "Date Received" field added to Dermatopathology Reports
6. To Do filter improvements
• Default To Do filter will now show only items assigned to the logged in user
• Numbered total of To Do's in the Inbox screen correctly reflect contents of the folder with this updated default filter
• When changing To Do filter from dropdown menu, "User" reflects who the To Do is assigned to
• "Created By" filter sorts by user who created the To Do item
7. New additions to the Treatment Plans
• "Application" procedure segment has been added
• "Periauricular Interpolated Flap" has been added to the Flap Type procedure segment list
8. "E-Signed by:" added to Laboratory & Imaging Requisition Forms 
9. Design changes for ezBoard
• Running clock indicating length of patient arrival at office has been moved to above patient's photo
• The number signifying order of patient appointments has been changed from gray to red for greater clarity
10. Album grouping improvements (Photo locations)
11. NPI field added to Clinic form
12. Bug fixes and performance improvements
