Read-Only Physical Exam

Please note: all signed off notes can be viewed as read only in the system with all roles except biller and administrative.

Once you enter into the physical exam you will tap on the top diagnosis.  This will give you a drop down menu, so that you will be able to view all diagnoses that were documented within that visit.  If you want to see the location as to where each of these were documented, you can tap between the diagnoses and you will be able to view them on the body map.  

If you wish to take a screenshot of the body map, you will select the square icon to the far left of the screen as shown below. 

If your EzDerm application has access to photos, then screenshots will be saved on both the device and also within the patients pictures folder.  If EzDerm does not have access to photos, then the photo will only save in the patients pictures folder.
