Initial Login to SADIO

Once the patient has created their Sadio account, they will be prompted to sign in.  

Once logged in, your patients will be asked to fill in some of their basic information, allergies, medications, past medical history, family medical history, surgical history, and social history.

When entering in their allergies, a pop up will also appear so the patient can enter in what type of reaction they have when exposed to that specific allergy.  For example, in the the screenshot below, the patient is allergic to Penicillin, and you can see the pop up appear.

Continuing through each section, the patient will choose Next on the bottom right hand corner of the screen, which will take them to the final section to review Social History, and then they will select Finish.  This will take them back to their home screen where they can update any of the information they have entered by clicking on whichever section from the far left hand side of the screen.
