How to Create a SADIO Account

When entering patient demographics you will have the option to add their email address under Add New Contact Method. As soon as the email is saved, EZDERM will send an invite to the patient to register for SADIO patient portal. Once the patient verifies their email, you will see a green checkmark appear next to that section.

Your patients will be invited to join our Sadio account, where they can update their medical history, sign consents, and provide information about their medications before their appointment. They will receive an invitation in the form of an email, which will contain further instructions on how to join.

After clicking the link, the user will be asked to create a username and password and provide their date of birth. It is important to keep in mind that the username should be a minimum of 8 characters and include at least one number, as well as both upper and lower case letters. Additionally, the patient's birth date must match the information on record.
