Please Note: eStatements is an optional paid service that is available upon request.
To view the patient statements list, click on Statements on the left-hand side of the practice management system under Billing. Once you have applied your desired filters based on this article and are ready to send patient statements, select the statement(s), and choose Send eStatements under the blue Actions button in the top left-hand corner.
Once selected, you will receive a notification at the top of the screen with the eStatements pricing. Once Send eStatements has been selected, you will then receive a blue message at the top of the screen notifying you that the statements have been sent. The request for all selected patients gets sent to the clearinghouse and they print and mail the statements on your behalf.
All statements can be viewed under the patients account within the Statements tab. If there is a red checkmark under the eStatements column, then that is an indicator that an eStatement was sent. View and download copies of each statement by clicking on the PDF download icon.
A copy of each statement will also be automatically saved in the patient's chart under Documents > Billing.
Lastly, you can generate a report by clicking on Reports > eStatements, and then filtering with the appropriate information. A list with all patients who received eStatements will generate and can also be viewed in PDF format.

are these statements mailed or emailed to the patient ?
Hello Karree May, eStatements are still mailed to the patient, they are not emailed.
Is there a patients count limit to be selected in an estatement batch
