Practice Remit Information

To view your practice's Remit Information, click on your practice logo in the upper left-hand corner and select "General" from the Practice dropdown. You will then see the remit name, phone number, and address for your practice in a read-only format. If you need your Remit Information updated, please email techsupport@ezderm.com. 

Your practice's remit information is visible on patient statements. The remit name and address are listed just below the payment method, while the remit phone number is at the bottom of the document after "For all billing questions, please call..." The phone number after "If you would like to make a payment over the phone please call..." is pulled from the Practice phone number field.
