Certain calendar settings can be saved as defaults so that any time you return to the Schedule screen those defaults are applied.
To change and save those settings:
1. In the upper left-hand corner of the calendar click the gear icon.
2. Set time slot preferences and click "Save Default Settings." (Note that default settings saved include Time Slot length, Time Slot Size, Day Length, as well as the Provider calendar and Clinic that are currently being viewed).
Save Default Settings will also save the unchecked/checked appointment statuses in the statuses menu. So for example, if you uncheck Message Left, No Answer, Wrong Number they will not show on the schedule even if you refresh your screen.
