To create a new appointment series, click on the New Appointment drop-down option from the Schedule screen in the top right-hand corner. From here, select New Appointment Series.
You will be prompted to select the Appointment Type, Start Date, Start/End Time, Provider, and Clinic. Team members can be added as well. You can select the Frequency for the event and add notes.
Once the appointment series is saved you will see a colored bar right next to the time slots. If a note is created you will see the first time slot colored in as well, but the note applies for the entire series.
Keep in mind, in order to see the appointment series in the schedule, you must first filter for the provider the series is associated with.
If you click on the bar, you will see some details about the event such as duration, providers, resources, and notes. Clicking "Edit" will let you edit the details of the appointment series.
In the appointment series, you can indicate other team members that are part of it. If you edit the appointment series to add or remove a team member it will edit the whole event series, not just for that day.
A series can be deleted as well by clicking "Edit" and then "Delete." You will be asked if you would like to delete only this event or all future events in the series.
