What can I do when my patient calls saying they forgot their Sadio username and are unable to log in?
In the event that a patient is unable to remember their login credentials, they can click on the "Forgot your password?" link from the Sadio login page. From here, they will need to enter their username in order to reset their password, as seen below.
If the patient does not remember their username, it is recommended for them to contact the clinic to obtain this information. You can view the username from both the EHR and the Practice Management System.
EHR
From the EHR, first, open up the patient's chart and tap on the Edit button from the Summary screen. In here, the patient's Sadio username will be listed in the Identifying Information section.
PMS
From the Practice Management System, open up the patient's chart and go to the Demographics tab. On this screen, you will be able to view their username in the middle column.
