What To Do If The Medication You're Looking For Isn't Showing Up?

EZDERM pulls medications via the Surescripts database. If the desired prescription, Strength, Dosage, Route or Quantity are not found, they do not exist in Surescripts. If there is a medication you require in the system, please reach out to Surescripts and request that the medication be added to their list of therapies. If this request is accepted, the medication will be available in EZDERM.

We also suggest searching for a generic prescription or looking for other names of a similar prescription before contacting Surescripts. For example, the brand name Flexeril is not in the system (it is obsolete) but it can be found under the brand names Amrix, Fexmid, or the generic Cyclobenzaprine.
