- Locate the patient you would like to check out within the Check Out tab in the ezBoard view.
- Tap on the credit card icon in the right corner of the patient’s appointment bubble. This will bring you to the Check Out screen for this patient. Multiple sections are listed within this view, such as Follow-Up, Quality, Consents, and Cart. You can enter and modify the information in any one of these sections by tapping into the bubble.
- If you wish to add items to the patient’s visit you are able to do so within the cart section.
4. Within the cart section you can also manage the patient’s past balance.
5. There are multiple forms of payment options listed within the cart section that can be utilized.
6. Once all details have been entered, tap on the Check Out button. This will automatically send the patient’s encounter to the Incomplete tab of the ezBoard, and change the appointment status to checked out on the schedule.
