Yes, you can now customize the questions you would like to ask your patients. These configurations must be customized on the Practice Management System (PMS) and will be reflected on all iPads used during EZ Check-In.

Customizable Questions

To customize the Check-In Kiosk complete the following steps:

1. Open the Practice Management System (PMS) via a preferred internet browser.

2. Click on your practice's logo in the upper left-hand corner and select General Settings from the expanded menu. 

3. Customize the sections that you would like your patients to see during check-in, and click "save" in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to save the settings.

*Please Note: All sections are toggled on by default.

Medical history sections will reflect the points added to the provider's history from within the EHR.

Rear Camera Access

You have the option to access both the front-facing camera and the rear camera.  Simply select the camera icon in the top right corner to change the direction of the camera.

New Patient Information Is Also Available

• Patients have the option of taking their own photos using the Check-In Kiosk.  This option can be toggled off in the configuration screen.
• Patients can also search and add their favorite pharmacy in the Kiosk.
• Patients weight and height can be added to General Information.
