Custom letter templates can be created and used during a patients visit. To create a template you must first log in under your provider settings. From here you will click on My Profile>Letter Templates.
From here you can view already existing letter templates, or create your own by selecting the red plus sign on the upper right hand corner. You will need to give your letter template a name, and then you can free text whatever you would like to appear in the body of the letter. Once you have completed this, you will hit done, and your letter will be saved and ready for use.
From the patients progress note, you will be able to view your letter templates by clicking on the paper airplane icon on the far right hand side of the screen. You will then select the red plus sign on the left upper corner, and select Letter Templates. Once selected, you will choose which letter you want to generate, and the system will save as a PDF.
To view the PDF file simply tap on it and it will pull up the letter. You can make any modifications to the letter based off of this specific patient by just tapping in the text field, and then once completed, you will select preview to view as a PDF, and then tap the share button to print.
You also have the ability to save this file to the Correspondences folder of the patient's Documents by tapping "Save to Documents" within the Share button menu.
