User Action Needed!

In this release, users need to take action to take advantage of the following update: Practices can now customize the sender name and email address from which emails are sent to patients. Learn more information about the settings of this update in the Admin Portal section of this document. Please send the following information to techsupport@ezderm.com: 

Practice Name

Short Practice Name for Email Address

Email Sender Name

ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD (EHR)

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Side Effects Module, designed to bring detailed, categorized information on the adverse reactions of a patient’s current medications directly into your workflow.
This useful new tool is available to all EZDERM users at no additional cost. Here’s what you can expect:

• Improved patient safety: Quickly identify and manage medication-induced dermatologic reactions
• Streamlined Documentation: Integrated with Surescripts, automatically document side effects information into patient records and treatment plans
• Enhanced Clinical Decision-Making: Access comprehensive, real-time data for more informed decision-making and treatment plans
