As soon as an email address in entered into a patient's chart, that patient will receive an email with a link that will bring them to our Patient Portal, Sadio. They will then create their profile and be prompted to answer questions in the comfort of their home. They can always modify their responses to these questions and view any documents you choose to share with them from the EHR.

Can we edit the choices for allergies, medications, medical history, etc that a patient can choose in their patient portal?
