Why am I not getting the correct code when I apply a treatment plan that requires me to enter the dimension(s) even though I entered the correct dimension(s) of the lesion?

In order to get the correct code for the treatment plans that require you to enter the dimension(s) of the lesion, you must enter Postoperative Dimension(s) under the Procedure in Physical Exam. You need to check off that segment (Postoperative Dimension(s)) under the Procedure Summary in your Settings, as this is the dimension that will affect the coding.
