Treatment Plan Grouping

At the bottom of a treatment plan when "Plan is a Procedure" is toggled on there is a field titled "Procedure Note." From there you can choose how the procedure notes will be grouped based on the specific treatment plan. There are 3 options: 

1. None: for every location the system will generate a separate procedure note. Example: Biopsy and Excision

2. All Locations: one procedure note for whole finding. A&P will show the number of locations. Example: AK, Warts

3. All Procedures: the system will generate one procedure note for all procedures on one location. Example: Mohs Stage 1, 2 will be on the same procedure note. Multiple locations on same finding will have their own procedure note, but all procedures on the specific locations will be on the same procedure note.
