Why does EZDERM seem to be running slowly?

EZDERM has minimum internet connection requirements that you must meet in order for the system to function correctly and not be running slowly. This is at least 25 Megabits download speed and at least 15 Megabits upload speed.

We recommend first checking your internet connection by running a speed test on your device, such as the one found at http://www.speedtest.net or by Googling "speed test" and using the built-in web browser tool. You can also download the SPEEDTEST app from the Apple App Store so that you can quickly check your internet speed anywhere right from your iPad.

If you continue to have issues after verifying your speeds, please try to connect to connect to a different network temporarily via a hotspot, to ensure that it is not a connection issue between your internet provider and Amazon Web Services.
