Quick Tip: Simply right-click on any upcoming appointment and select "Send EZLINK" from the menu to manually send the check in link to the patient.
Additional Notes:
If the patient has already confirmed the appointment and started the check-in process but hasn't completed it, they will be able to continue with the check-in before/on DOS as long as the appointment has one of the following statuses: Confirmed, Arrived, Ready for Staff, Ready for Provider, Ready for Checkout, With Provider, With Staff, Checked Out.
(*In case it has: Scheduled, No Answer, Message Left, or Waitlisted status, they will have access, they would just need to confirm the appointment again. This can happen only in case the status is manually changed in the meantime.)
