"Medical Records Submitted" introduced as a new claim status
New filter on the Statements list screen to exclude scheduled online statements
"Post Date" and "Posted By" columns removed from the ERA screen

Patient unapplied payments (not linked to any claim) now visible on the Post Insurance Payment screen
