Why Is My Patch Testing Only Generating One Unit?

If you check your coding screen and your patch testing is only generating one unit it is due to the number of procedures not being selected on the body map.

When you apply a patch test treatment plan, you should get a pop-up screen with a keypad to enter the number of units:

On this screen, you will want to enter the number of units that apply based on the specific patch test you performed.  (For example, if you used the North American 80 patch test, you would add the number 80):

The number of units entered on this screen in your note, will reflect in your coding:

If you do not get the pop-up option in your note to add the number of procedures, you will want to check your treatment plan to make sure that you have your "Default Selection Mode" set to Area:
