There are multiple places where the Patient's individual QR Code can be accessed depending on the device you are using. You will need this QR Code to check the patient into the EZ Check In App.
1. From the Practice Management System, click on the patient's appointment once and then the QR code is located in the pop-up screen for each patient.
2. From the EHR you can go to the schedule, tap on the patient appointment, and double tap on the patient photo then the QR code will show up.
3. From the EHR, you can print a list that contains all patient QR codes for the day. Tap on the "Show List" button on the bottom left corner, and you can print all QR Codes for patients coming in that day.
4. The patient will receive an email the day before their appointment and the QR code is included in that email (iPhone Users only). The patient can tap on the attachment at the bottom of the email and add the QR Code to the Apple Wallet.
