Reconciling Unmatched Results from EZDERM, LLC on Vimeo.
To reconcile unmatched results, first change the User filter at the top of the Inbox screen to All Users, then:
- From your Inbox, go into the Unmatched Results folder
- On the left split screen, there will be a list of patient(s) with unmatched result(s)
- Press on the first patient on the list
- On the right side of the screen, a PDF of the patient's report will be displayed
- Please make sure that the name and DOB match on both sides of the screen
- On the left side of the screen, swipe the name from right to left in order for a green Match button to show
- Press the green Match button
- A list of orders that our system found that may pertain to this biopsy report will be listed on the left screen
- Although it is usually the last order listed, please ensure that the order number on the left matches the one in the PDF
- If 9 is true, press that order number on the left (a red checkmark will show)
- Once pressed, a Match button on the upper right corner of the left screen will be displayed
- If 9 is true, press the Match button
Rarely, the system may not recognize the patient. In this case, please type the DOB in the search field (e.g. 01/17/1963 or Jan 17, 1963) and choose the matching patient.
Important Note: There may also be times when the system does not recognize the provider, so make sure to filter the Inbox by "All Users" to catch all unmatched results.
