1. Go to Patient's Chart > Summary > Scroll to the "Pharmacies" section > Tap on "No Favorite Pharmacies" (or tap on existing pharmacies if they are already indicated in this section and you would like to add additional ones or make a change)
2. Tap the red plus "+" to Add New Pharmacy
3. By default the system will pull up pharmacies near to the patient's address listed in their chart. You have a search bar at the top if you want to look up a different pharmacy.
4. Swipe from right to left over the pharmacy you would like to add and tap the blue Add button. Or tap on the pin on the map and press the Select button.
5. The patient can have multiple favorite pharmacies saved in a chart.
Note: You can also access the patient chart from within the progress note. Tap on the patient's name at the top of the screen. Then follow the steps listed above.

Karree May The administrative staff can add a patient favorite pharmacy into the patient's chart via the Summary page on the EHR but cannot do so via the Practice Management System.
