Note: the chart can be accessed from within the Progress Note > tap on the patient name at the top of the note
How to Enlarge the picture:
From the patient's chart, tap once on the photo to enlarge.
From the schedule, tap once on the photo to enlarge.
How to remove a profile photo:
If you need to remove the photo of the patient completely, you will follow the steps on how you took the photo initially but rather than taking a photo of the patient take a photo of a white wall or upload a photo of your practice logo to save over the photo you no longer want to be shown.

Is there any way to upload a profile photo from the desktop web app?
Hi Kim,
With the current version of the desktop web application, there is no capability to upload the photo into the patient's profile. It has to be done using an iOS device: iPad or an iPhone. If you have a picture of a patient on your desktop that you would like to upload, you would have to transfer it to the iOS device using a third-party solution.
In our practice we use an IPad to download pt. photos. Lately the photos placed in the patients chart have not been staying in the chart when we revisit it. Why would that be? I was told it was just a matter of waiting and the photos would start to show. That has not been the case. Any ideas why? We've contacted tech support as well.
Thank you :)
