1. From the Progress Note, tap on the red History of Present Illness header.
2. Tap Edit in the upper left-hand corner.
3. You are able to drag past problems up from the patient's problem list to address them in today's visit. Do so by tapping and holding on the three gray bars on the right of the problem you would like to select and dragging it up into the Complaints section. You also have the ability to add a new complaint by tapping green plus sign.
4. If you drag a problem to the top of the Complaints section it will become the Chief Complaint for that day's appointment. You can delete the old Chief Complaint by tapping on the red minus sign.
