The ROS and History Templates

Review of Systems

Once logged into the EHR, you will go to Settings > My Profile > History Module.  Under ROS there are 16 individual systems with different options listed. Whatever changes are made in this section will be what shows in a patient's progress note.

You can remove an option by tapping on the word and delete, or you can add by clicking on the green plus sign and selecting which one you would like to add. Once in an appointment and by tapping on the ROS section, you will be able to view the attending provider's ROS by pinching out.  You can then tap on the circle to choose no, yes, unknown, or answer pending. Anything selected within this template will pull over into the note under the ROS section as well as any of the future appointment notes.

History Template

Customizing the history template is done the same way.  You will notice allergies, medications, conditions, etc., but for each section, you will have to search to add additional details from the database.  Those that are already in the template can be easily deleted by tapping on the word and selecting delete.

Once in an appointment and you tap on History, you will see all previously saved details first, and then after pinching out, you will be able to view the customized template for that provider. Anything selected within this template will pull over into the note under the ROS section as well as any of the future appointment notes.
