1. Chart > Search for Patient > Care Team
2. Click the plus sign in the upper left-hand corner to add a provider to the patient's Care Team
- The 1st doctor listed will be designated as the PCP and the doctor highlighted in green is designated as the Default Referring Physician
- Tap the name to highlight or unhighlight thus designating a provider or revoking their designation as the Default Referring Physician
- Hold and drag the 3 bars on the right to change the order of doctors
- Click the red minus symbol on the left-hand side to delete providers
3. Care Team information can also be changed from the Appointment Screen when scheduling a patient by clicking the Referring Physician field
- Even if the patient is not actually scheduled, the changes you make to their care team from the Appointment screen will stay in their chart
