For text to appear under Physical Exam, the Morphology must be filled out in the treatment plan. This can be set within the treatment plan settings or can by added on the fly by clicking the location/point and selecting "Morphology." Once Morphology is filled in, that location/problem will become part of the Physical Exam.
I can see my plan under Assessment and Plan, but there is nothing in the Physical Exam section of the progress note. Why is that?
