An order will not enter the Performed folder in the Inbox unless the procedure segment "Instructions to Pathologist" is added to the treatment plan. This segment does not need to be filled out, it simply needs to be added as a segment within the plan.
I've added a biopsy in the body map, but there is nothing in the Performed folder. Why is that?
