Medical Summary

There are three different ways to access a patients medical summary through the EHR.

The first way to view medical history is by accessing the patients chart. Once you are within the patient's chart, click on the 'medical summary' tab. You are able to pull up and print a PDF version by clicking on the preview button in the upper right corner. 

To access medical history from the progress note, locate the yellow sigma icon on the icon bar on the right side of the screen.  Clicking on this icon will also generate the patient's medical history.

The last place a patient's medical history is accessible from is within the physical exam. Click on the red sigma icon on the bottom menu to access this information.
