Electronic Health Record (EHR)(4.5.0):

New Letter Templates available with Photos
Ability to Default the CC field in a To-Do
Opt-out functionality added to end of SMS messages (“Text STOP to opt-out”)
- If patient texts stop, label “Unsubscribed” added to the chart for Patient or Responsible Person
- And Results Reminder "Send SMS" button is disabled on the To-Do screen

To-Do for SMS messages that have not been sent will be auto-created (due to unsubscribing or other reasons)
Calls will be forwarded to the practice phone number if a patient tries to dial the number that SMS reminders come from (applies to appointment reminders, results reminders, and online statements)
LOINC database update
MACRA Updates:
- Quality Measure #111: Triggered for patients 66 years and older and Pneumococcal Vaccination name updated to "Pneumococcal 23-valent"
- Quality Measure #138: CPT code triggers updated
